Please Help Support SODELO

SODELO serves our Southern Delaware Community by providing an opportunity for our musicians to come together to play, and by bringing orchestral music to music lovers across the region.

As a non
profit organization, our ability to meet these goals depends on your support.

We need funds for a wide variety of expenses, including but by no means limited to rental of concert venues, purchasing copyrighted music, expenses for our music director and soloists, marketing and media, printing of posters and programs, website and social media development and maintenance, and legal issues. We need volunteer help at our concerts, in promoting our performances, attracting sponsors, donors and grants, and more. While our Board, musicians and volunteers tirelessly support all of these efforts, we can't do it by ourselves.

Here are some ways that you can help us support classical music in our community:

  • Play with our orchestra

  • Come to our concerts and bring your friends!

  • Make a contribution when you come to our concerts

  • Make an individual, corporate or foundation donation in support of our mission and music

  • Help us raise dollars through sponsorships and grants

  • Volunteer your time and talent

  • Solicit and secure corporate sponsorship and support, directly and through matching donations

Please donate what you can when you attend our events.
You can send checks outside of concert dates to:
22668 E. Cypress Way
Milton, DE 19968

We are a 501(c)(3) corporation and will provide you with documentation for your tax preparation if you provide us with your address or email.

Sponsorships and Grants

There are many ways for corporations and foundations to partner with SODELO. Please reach out to Stephen Greifer, our Board President, at for more information.

Our board of directors, Music Director, many of our orchestra members, and our friends and family contribute their time to make SODELO a success, as do many community members. Volunteers help us with staffing our events, building our website, securing press coverage and sponsorship support and much more. We hope you will join our community and lend your talents and time!
